We seek to appoint a well-qualified, enthusiastic and forward-thinking Assistant Principal who can support Halewood Academy in providing an exceptional quality of education for all students and contribute to an already thriving learning community.
You will be joining the Academy at a very exciting point along its journey to excellence. Our new Principal joined in September 2021 and has set a very ambitious and aspirational vision for the School. This role provides an opportunity for the successful candidate to join an experienced leadership team as part of a three VP and four AP model.
The successful candidate will be an outstanding teacher with a proven track record of effective leadership.

We are seeking a leader with a background in pastoral leadership and/or inclusion who can demonstrate the impact of their work on the lives of the young people in their care. Key areas of responsibility for this post will include the leadership of behaviour including alternative provision.
