Join our school business management team as Finance and Facilities Manager to help Wade Deacon High School continue to be a high performing school providing an exceptional education of all our students. This role will encompass leadership at a local level of support service functions including finance, site maintenance and ICT. The successful candidate will work closely with the Principal and staff to contribute to the strategic direction of the school and, as such, must have very good organisational skills, the ability to work proactively and under pressure with a friendly positive manner.The successful candidate will have experience of managing budgets, financial plans, and financial reporting. You must be able to work flexibly to meet the demands of the role.You will assist with strategic planning, including all financial implications in accordance with the financial regulations, and ensure that the school makes the best possible use of resources available, which includes responsibility for income generation. You will be supported by the Multi Academy Trust central operations team, who will provide strategic development in all key areas.
