Teacher of History

We seek to appoint a well-qualified, enthusiastic and inspiring colleague to join our highly regarded and successful History department. The department has an outstanding leadership team and collaborative culture. We pride ourselves on our commitment to ensuring student progress and high-quality teaching and learning provision for all.The successful applicant will share these values and play an active part in the History & RE curriculum at all levels. They will be able to enthuse and motivate our students with their passion for the subject along with their creative teaching, strong presence and personality.

As part of our commitment to Personal Development, we are looking to further develop our Curriculum in Religious Studies and whilst experience of teaching Religious Studies is not essential or necessary for this post, candidates who have taught both History and Religious Studies would enhance our wider curriculum plans.
