Trustee (Vice Chair)

Colin has thirty-nine years teaching experience in the secondary sector and recently retired from his role as Vice-Principal in an Academy. As well as gaining the National Professional Qualification for Headship he has delivered middle and senior leadership training.

He was also a Governor for twenty-four years and helped found the Halton Association of Governors where he served as treasurer. He was acknowledged by the Local Authority with an award for his contribution to school governance.

As Vice-Chair, Colin uses his expertise in school improvement to ensure all schools in the MAT deliver best value both educationally and economically
