Karen Highcock

Karen has worked in Primary Education for nearly 30 years across Knowsley, Warrington and latterly Halton. She has taught across all Key Stages, including Early Years, and has also led a number of schools through successful Ofsted Inspections both as part of the Senior Leadership Team and, for the past 9 years, as the Principal.

She has also led on both Special Educational Needs and Safeguarding and is committed to supporting all children across the Trust Schools.

Karen continues to remain involved in Education through her work mentoring both Early Career Teachers and participants working towards the National Professional Qualification in Senior Leadership. She is also committed to supporting and mentoring associate teachers at Chester University who are starting out on their teaching journey.
