David is a semi-retired Production Engineer, with strong links to the Liverpool and Halton communities. A former local councillor, who has served as a Governor at several schools and is determined to maintain the profile and success of all the schools within the Trust. David is passionate about ensuring all young people have high-quality educational experiences, enabling them to develop interests and aspirations that lead to successful futures.
