Mrs Pamela Wright has extensive headship and senior leadership experience in both secondary and primary education. She was Executive Principal of Wade Deacon High School leading it to its current Ofsted outstanding judgement and the Times Educational Supplement Outstanding Secondary School of the Year.
Until December 2017 she was CEO of the Wade Deacon Trust, which currently has three secondary schools, two primary schools plus an all though school; with other schools in discussion about joining the Trust. She is now a Member of Wade Deacon Trust.
Pamela is a highly regarded National leader of education (NLE). NLEs are strong school leaders, with a strong experience of effectively supporting schools in challenging circumstances, working alongside teaching schools and system leaders to provide high quality support to those who need it most.
Pamela is passionate about world class opportunities to ensure every child has the skills to compete for employment in a global economy. She is a British Council Leadership Consultant and has facilitated training across the world. In addition, she has delivered many keynote speeches on leadership, effective training practices, school improvement and collaborative working.
Pamela places great emphasis upon developing leaders at every level and is totally committed in her conviction that young people come first and deserve the very best education in their one chance at school.
